So often we are told by well meaning friends and family that we need to relax, let go or forgive ourselves so that we can successfully conceive. I know I found this very unhelpful and frustrating. We know we should be doing these things but often we don’t know ‘how’.
My 4-week Yoga for Fertility course will show you how.
In my Mindset Discussion classes we will talk about:
- How to let go of negative emotions and find calm (week 1.)
- How to become mindful to harness fear (week 2.)
- How to forgive, particularly if you feel guilty or resentful or blame yourself for your fertility issues (week 3.)
- How to release frustration becoming more compassionate towards yourself and others (week 4.)
The course is for everybody
This yoga course is for everybody, whether you’ve been practicing for ages or this is your first time. Yoga is not about how flexible you are. If you can breathe you can do yoga. A wise yogie once said, “there is no point being able to touch your toes if you cannot touch your heart.”
The aim of this course is to teach you tools to slow down enough to truly listen to what is going on at your deepest level. When you listen to your heart and find your calm centre you are able to make better choices for yourself and your fertility journey. This slowing down starts here.
Guided every step of the way
I will be with you every step of the way teaching and demonstrating the yoga poses. As you progress through the Yoga for Fertility video yoga classes I will explain what we are doing, why we are doing it and the benefits of reducing your stress to increase your fertility. We will learn these techniques together until you feel confident to practice them yourself at home. Then you can take these skills in to your every day life to support you.
There is no hurry. This is all about going at your own pace.

Techniques that can be used anywhere to reduce anxiety & stress and find calm, such as in a waiting room, when you’re travelling or even in certain medical procedures.
